"Carlos was referred to me by a friend and he definitely exceeded my expectations. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We received a quote and immediately switched, saving us at least 30% in Auto and Home Insurance. My only regret is not switching sooner! I'm excited to be a State Farm customer now!! Edited to add: While I was doing my quotes with Carlos over the phone, I had mentioned that my Granfather had just passed. Just a few days after, I received a card in the mail about his passing from Pam Ritchie's team. I already knew I had made a great decision switching, but seeing that this office cared enough to send a sympathy card truly touched me! Thank you!"
